Turnkey Kashar Production Line

We engineer the line by its flow, not machine by machine. Layout, capacity balance, installation, and commissioning are handled by one team.

In short

A kashar production line is a machine sequence that links 9 process steps, from milk reception to cooled, portioned kashar, balanced for capacity. Aktaş Krom typically engineers lines processing 5–50 tonnes of milk per day, turnkey or partial. Layout drawing, installation, commissioning, and trial production are included in the scope.

About the product

Machines bought one by one can create bottlenecks through mismatched capacity. Designing as a line sets the balance so each step works without holding up the one before or after it.

The layout drawing, energy, water, and steam demand, and machine capacities are calculated together. Installation and trial production are included in the scope.

The line can be added to an existing plant or built from scratch. Steps can be selected; for example, only cooking-stretching, portioning, and cooling can be engineered.

Who is it for?

  • Investors building a new kashar production facility from scratch
  • Milk processors who want to integrate a kashar line into an existing plant
  • Plants facing capacity mismatch and bottlenecks from buying machines one by one
  • Producers who want design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning from one team

When is it not suitable?

  • Plants that need only a single machine do not need a line project; that machine can be considered separately.
  • For very small production below 5 tonnes of milk per day, a line investment may be disproportionate.

Questions about this product

Do I have to buy the whole line? #

No, steps can be selected. The line is engineered so other steps can be added later.

How much floor space is needed? #

Space depends on capacity and the steps selected. Exact dimensions are shared in the layout drawing.

How long does installation take? #

Duration depends on the project scope and is stated in the quote.
