Form submissions are received through Netlify Inc. (USA) infrastructure, so your data may be transferred abroad. It is not shared with third parties for other purposes.
Retention
Data is kept during the quote process and for 2 years afterwards, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7,
- Request that such actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
