Tender and Technical Specification Support

Milk cooling and transport tank purchases usually run on detailed technical specifications. Because we manufacture the equipment ourselves, we can read body, insulation, refrigeration unit, and panel clauses line by line and respond with matching details.

The service scope on this page is a draft and will be updated once approved by the company. For an ongoing tender, share your specification to request a technical evaluation.

We review specifications from the manufacturer's perspective

We bridge the gap between the specification and your bid

The most common problem in milk tank tenders is a mismatch between specification clauses and the product offered. Items such as AISI 304 body thickness, evaporator surface area, insulation thickness, gearbox speed, and electrical panel definitions must be met individually — otherwise the bid is excluded from evaluation.

As Aktaş Krom manufactures in our own workshop, we can show in writing which specification clause is met by which fabrication detail. Declarations of conformity, product catalogues, and fabrication drawings are prepared within this scope.

If you are on the buyer side, we can also help you draft a realistic, competitive technical specification before procurement. A specification written with measurable criteria and without locking to a single brand attracts more bids and safeguards delivered product quality.

Out of scope

We are a manufacturing company; our support is limited to technical and commercial aspects.

  • Legal representation and appeal or complaint follow-up
  • Managing EKAP (Turkish public procurement portal) procedures on behalf of the institution
  • Guarantee or commitment regarding tender outcome

Service scope

From specification review to delivery schedule, the same team remains your technical contact throughout.

  • Line-by-line reading of the technical specification and feasibility assessment

  • Tank type and capacity recommendation suited to facility requirements

  • Preparation of conformity declaration and comparison table

  • Compilation of product catalogue, fabrication drawings, and material certificates

  • Manufacturing-based pricing for unit price and delivery time

  • Technical input for pre-procurement specification drafts

  • Planning of delivery, installation, and commissioning schedule

How we proceed

Four steps from the moment you have the specification through to delivery.

  1. Step 01

    Share the specification

Send the administrative and technical specification plus any addenda. We note the tender date and delivery period together.

  2. Step 02

    Technical evaluation

We compare clauses against our manufacturing capability and share in writing which items are met and which require custom fabrication.

  3. Step 03

    Bid and technical file

We prepare the conformity declaration, catalogue, drawings, and price quote together; documents are delivered in the format required by the specification.

  4. Step 04

    Production and delivery

When the contract is awarded, fabrication runs in our workshop; post-installation technical support comes from the same team.

Send your specification — we’ll confirm what we can meet

Share the technical specification and tender date; we’ll clearly confirm which clauses we meet and the delivery time. For common questions, see the FAQ page.
