Whether you need a turnkey line or custom fabrication depends on whether catalogue machines can meet your need. If you are building the whole flow from intake to packing, a line fits; our kashar line covers 9 steps at 5–50 tonnes of milk per day and targets roughly 10–12% kashar yield relative to the milk volume.
When choosing a line, define your daily milk volume, your energy source (steam, electricity, or natural gas), and your automation level. Automation ranges from manual operation to PLC-based semi-automatic. The line includes design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning, and you can take the whole line or only part of it.
If you need a tank, kettle, or other equipment sized to your facility, custom fabrication is the right route. Materials are chosen as AISI 304 or AISI 316L and dimensions are set per project. Sharing your floor plan and layout constraints up front prevents sizing errors.
